Position: UI/UX Designer
Required Experience: 01 - 03 years
Skills & Responsibilities:
• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Translate findings into actionable design insights.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• UI Design: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Design Guidelines: Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure a cohesive and unified user experience.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to incorporate the latest advancements into your work.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, illustration, Adobe XD, Sketch, and
similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and ideas.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile app design is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts.
Qualification: BE, BSC, BCA, MCA, Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Digital Arts & Design or any related field
